Chefs Christian Gruber and David Cotelli established CJ’s Pasta in 1996. Christian and David are the inspiration behind the products created by CJ’s Pasta. Their knowledge and love of food, combined with passion and dedication is the driving force behind CJ’s Pasta’s success.
CJ’s Pasta prides itself on its large variety of pasta and sauce products that are all produced on its premise in Brisbane’s exciting James Street precinct.
Pasta and Sauce products are not mass produced, so quality is ensured in every batch. CJ’s Pasta’s creations are 100% yummy and nothing artificial.
CJ’s Pasta’s creations are supplied to various restaurants and delicatessens and are available from our James Street store.
