Tribute to Nonna
CJ’s Pasta’s Bolognaise Sauce is based on a receipe that David’s Nonna lovingly created in her kitchen. We have a lot of customers who come in regularly for their fix of Nonna’s Bolognaise. It is with sad regret that we inform you that Nonna – Maria Caterina Bisaro passed away on 22 June 2009 at the age of 89. Nonna was born in Aurava, Italy in 1920 and migrated to Australia with her family in 1934. Nonna was a fantastic cook, a great sewer, had a green thumb and loved her family and friends enormously. Nonna had a wonderful life and will be greatly missed by all. Rest in peace Nonna.
