CJ’s Pasta is a fresh pasta product. Our products are made from high quality, fresh ingredients. There are no colourings, preservatives, flavourings, flavour enhancers (MSG), gums or thickeners added.
CJ’s Pasta is made from fresh eggs (7 large eggs per kilo of plain pasta); therefore because of the high egg content, CJ’s Pasta cannot be dried. Once CJ’s Pasta is created, it is immediately snap frozen to prevent spoilage, and must remain frozen at all times.
For all new orders, we require a minimum of 3 working days notice (on produce availability).
